Recently, there has been a global strengthening of regulations regarding PFAS (Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances). This seminar will introduce the latest regulatory trends in Europe, the United States, and Japan, as well as corporate risks and response cases, and will discuss how to consider the strengthening of PFAS regulations in business activities. Additionally, we will provide detailed explanations of the public consultation results regarding the proposal to restrict all PFAS under the REACH regulation, which received approximately 5,600 public comments, along with trends in various industries.
